Amazon Affiliate Links
Nectar & Nettle is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to amazon.com in a link form that looks like this: https://amzn.to/… or www.amazon.com/…
If Nectar & Nettle links to an Amazon product (with a special code for affiliates embedded in the link), and a reader places an item in their shopping cart through that link within 24 hours of clicking the link, Nectar & Nettle gets a small commission from the sale at no cost to the reader. If you click on a product link and stay around Amazon and purchase something else however, we will also get a commission on that sale.
Contact Form
Data Used: The contact form submission data — IP address, user agent, name, email address, and message — is submitted to the Akismet service (also owned by Automattic) for the sole purpose of spam checking. The actual submission data is stored in the database of Nectar & Nettle and is emailed directly to the Nectar & Nettle. This email will include the submitter’s IP address, timestamp, name, email address, and message.
Data Synced: Post and post meta data associated with a user’s contact form submission. The IP address and user agent originally submitted with the comment are synced, as well, as they are stored in post meta.
